Monument is a full GAAP revenue recognition as-earned (accrual-basis) billing system validated by a detailed transaction ledger. We provide summarized facility-level journal entries for GL input, supporting accurate NOI and EBITDA earnings reporting. We offer detailed subsidiary reports for deferred revenue, accounts receivable, cash, sales tax, and security deposit accounts. Implementation
From the day we do our Kick-Off Meeting and start your migration process, expect 4-6 weeks depending on the number of facilities and integrations you have. We will migrate all your data and payment tokens, connect and verify all your integrations, set up your rental website and configure all the details in your Monument account. Then we will train all your users on the typical Jobs To Be Done. Finally we will let you review all the data converted to make sure it’s all there as you expected.
We will transfer over all your facility data including unit types and unit details, smart entry integrations, customer data including current tenancy agreements and payment methods. In addition, we will migrate rent & rates, historical revenue & occupancy, customer notes, tenant data, tenant protection details, tasks, and gate codes.
We can migrate you from any legacy provider, including Easy Storage, SiteLink, StorEDGE, Buccy, Tenant Inc., and anyone else you may be using. In addition, we can help migrate data from online payment platforms like Storable, Stripe, GoCardless, etc.
