Monument shares unique personal identifiers that are Personal Information with third-party data analytics providers for behavioral tracking, also referred to as cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, through technology within web-browsers like cookies, beacons, and pixel tags. U.S. State Privacy Law gives consumers the right to request to opt out of the processing of Personal Information for purposes of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) the sale or sharing of Personal Information, and/or (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer.
